Well, let´s start:

In our life we must at anytime Be Ready For Anything ! Why?  Because, at any time, any day, we want to cause a good impression from ourselves.

To talk with people, show our ideas, to give an interview, show products to motivate clients ,etc etc...We must use our mounth, tongue, teeth to speak of !
The first date, the first work interview, the first smile should be nice, happy, full of confidence!

We know that an interview, the first business interview we must have a good posture, education, good appeareance, many other things and...A NICE SMILE....A GOOD BREATH.....CLEAN  TEETH !!

Well dirty teeth, bad breath could end any attempt of a new job, relationships, chances to a new work position etc..How do I get to know if my Breath is good ? If my teeth are Dirty? If I have any problem and how can I solve it?

 First of all, go there in front of a mirror open your mouth without fear but with confidence, good posture, big mouth! Wash your hands ,desinfect it and touch your tooth from the last one to the first one tooth by tooth, see how they are, see the gums are they red? are they swollen? Thake your nail scratchs the teeth and you will see a little mass yellow or brown white on your teeth  close to the gums?

Please do it now write down what you see  what you observe .
